About

I am a writer, theatre maker, artist working across performance, installation, site specific, multi-media, multi-lingual and sound based works. I work closely with collaborators across forms, developing processes which can apply across forms, languages, abilities, media and perception.
I also mentor and coach people how to live empowered lives and follow their life direction, navigating disability, neurodiversity and embracing the arts. My works on paper and botanic forms are available as prints and clothing, and I create and sell paper lanterns which is a therapy for me!  With this blog I share my personal experience of living with ADHD and CPTSD, framing my theatre, art and business, as well as reflect on life, doing my best to live from the truth of who I am, with all it's clumsiness,  towards living my best most self realised life.
Please reach out if you are interested in my work, and I am also available for a limited amount of coaching or mentoring.

We create, work and play on the lands of the Wurundjeri People people of the Kulin nations. We acknowledge that this land has never been ceded and always try to tread gently on this land.
